The world of economics is changing. Introducing cryptocurrency has moved the model from scarcity to abundance. This is going to have an impact on economics, finance, and business.
In this video I discuss how we are seeing things change before our eyes. Over the next few years, as infrastructure is put in place, we will see this end of the spectrum explode.

It really is the one thing I believe in to start putting the power back into the hands of many instead of just a few. Let's not mess this up and start stacking our assets starting now!
As we move into an era where power and computer capabilities are drastically improving a few things come up. Possibility of attacking the network even bitcoin POW systems 51% attack. POS has some benefits in that you need to own a majority of it in order to attack so I like the POS model over the POW model however there are other alternatives to this as well and POB which we use here on Hive I think could very well be that shift. As it still brings in the human aspect of it all.
The interesting part is going to be as you mentioned we move away from a centralized country and start going global. From there do they start to lose control over the markets and what that will look like. From there expanding into unlimited resources and no longer scarcity is the next step and when that happens I guess rewarding would be based on quality. Interesting next few years to say the least.
BTW how do 3speak ads work do you get a cut of the revenue they generate?
Not at this point, no. They take all of it for the time being. I believe once the new system is rolled out, they are going to offer ad revenue not only to individuals but also communities.
As for the rest, I agree, we are going to see a lot of changes in the next couple years. To me, we just need to keep building and kicking off the network effect. The more people that join in, along with growing their bags, and the bigger the entire industry gets. We can grow exponentially which will close the gap with the present financial system rather quickly.

Moving power back to the general population is an opportunity of a lifetime. Many still don't get it and why institutions can buy Bitcoin so easily as people should be holding onto it and not selling. Don't they get what they are missing out on? The world is changing and will change so much over the next decade many of us won't recognise it and we do need an open mind I guess. I enjoy your vlogs as there is a lot of thinking going on.

The wealthy can take chances that others cannot simply because they lack the resources or cant take the hit.
When you have more resources, taking the risk that will end up paying off is easier to do.
This is something that we need to embrace on Hive. Building one's stake so we can take advantage of opportunities when they come up is vital.

It is something we are witnessing taking place right before our eyes on Hive. When people are growing their bags, it tends to expand as word spreads. Hopefully people are stacking because it will pay off for them.

With cryptocurrencies it will make the cashless society to become stronger,there are many benefits one will get from the cryptoeconomics,we just need people who have good knowledge and experience about it...
I'm fascinated by the removal of counterparty risk and thus rendering authority redundant. There's something that disgusts me about having flawed human beings in charge instead of protocols.

BEER.The rich and the banks won't let go of their power easily, but I do believe the shift from banks/large institutions to people for control of money will be a great thing. The biggest problem is that our original way of running the economy is not working. So much money has been shifted from the average person to the wealthy and the powerful that normal people can no longer survive on their income. This means our economy needs to change and crypto is a potential way to do so.
