You have it backwards 3Speak.
First you need to just get a mass effect and attract users from all other video platforms. Tiktok short video the king.
Why not a mobile 3S that emulates tt?
After.. when you have both creators and consumers in high numbers you can get away with implementing revenue models. This here I just see as you limiting your uptake. Or if I was to be critically honest. Bleeding your small group of loyals.

i would like to see the thumbnail size limit increased, if possible. ive had a tough time, occasionally having to crop screen captures several times before it is below the 250kb!
also, perhaps adding the ability to upload different video formats...2 formats i tried unsuccessfully were avi and vob (the compressed format from dvd r videos i have made-works fine for me on y×utube)

I live in a country where the connection speed is really bad, if possible, I would like to suggest adding options to watch the video at a lower resolution (240k and 144k), I am sure my followers would - gladly - sacrifice the resolution to listen to the audio without interruptions.
On the other hand, I would like to suggest adding the night mode to 3speak's interface...thanks for working hard to provide good service to subscribers!
