As mandated by our Division Supervisor in TLE/TVL, we conducted a re-echo orientation workshop within our district, after we attended the Division Orientation Workshop last February 28-29, 2024. The Re-Echo Orientation Workshop on DepEd Order 54, series 2022 was hosted by our school last March 15, 2024. This aims to reinforce the participants on the understanding of the guidelines outlined in DepEd Order 54, Series 2022, particularly those related to selecting Senior High School Specialization on TVL or Technology Livelihood Education. With this opportunity, our participants can delve deeper into the intricacies of the guidelines and gain valuable insights that can help us serve better our students and the community. The participants embraced the orientation workshop with an open mind and a willingness to learn. This was participated by all school principals from Elementary and Secondary Schools TLE and the TVL Coordinator of all Secondary Schools. Part 1 of the event was the registration of participants followed by the formal opening as part 2 and the orientation proper.

The formal opening commenced with a prayer and singing of the Philippine National Anthem. Then our School Principal, Madam Rica M. Roble, delivered her words of Welcome followed by a roll call done by the District EPP Coordinator. Afterward, the Ilihan IS dance troupe welcomed the participants with their breathing-talking performance. The orientation didn't start unless the participants were energized to become active and alert when the orientation was ongoing. After the energizer, the first speaker tackled the EPP/TLE Matatag. The speaker discussed the various sectors with various specifications to be given to our learners by next school year starting from grades 4 to 10. The second topic was all about the career guidance implementation for grades 6 to 12. It was comprehensively discussed by the brilliant speaker no other than the school heads of Horacio Franco National High School. She emphasized the importance of career guidance to our learners for them to be guided on what particular life career path they are going to take. She also discussed the 4 exits of Senior high school where the grade 12 adviser must be updated and track the students who had graduated as to what exit they have taken.

Together, we can positively impact the lives of our learners. As teachers let us join hand in hand to serve and contribute to the long-term goal of DepEd which is "Ambisyon Natin 2040" wherein no more Filipinos are poor. Therefore, we must teach our learners lifelong skills and how to be innovative. This was tacked by another speaker in the afternoon session as the highlights of DepEd Order 54, series 2022. It was discussed concisely by the school principal of Tabogon Central School and yours truly. DepEd Order 54 is all about the guidelines on the Selection of Senior high offerings. To contribute to the Ambisyon Natin 2040, it is encouraged that every school must offer a Technical Livelihoods Education Track. We must take note of the guiding principles, learner-centeredness disaggregation, relevance, local development plan, and localization. We also provided a step in conducting a survey and where the data must be taken. Various forms were presented and it was discussed properly.

The orientation ended with the open forum and announcements of other important talking points discussed during the orientation. When everything was set, the awarding of certificate of recognition, participation, and distribution of appearance was done. The closing prayer was led by Mrs.Lerre I . Mangubat, TLE teacher at Ilihan Integrated School. The participants leave the venue with new learnings and insights gathered from the orientation. We as the host of the event so thankful to Father God for successfully hosting the event despite having just one day of preparation. With the cooperation of my co-TLE teachers, the event went smoothly and successfully.
