Hello, my dear Hivers! Here I am again for another blog content. How have you been? I hope you all are making the best out of your weekends and be fully charged to tackle the start of the week. Anyway, the blog that I am going to share today is another glimpse of my internship journey. This time I will be sharing to you all how my Week 5th went. Should we get started?
WORK IS WORK FOR THESE HARDWORKING PEPS...
For this week, we focused more on content creation. We didn't have any PKS( Product Knowledge Seminar) but we mostly stayed in the office and did site tours/visits. Look at us, all tethered to our Laptop! We've got so many photos and videos to edit since we wanted to be active on our social media platforms. We just look so serious but we still have some time to chill and have some extra banter.
The next day was still a busy day for us. The second photo is @aisamarie —my dear co-intern. The most focused among all. I guess the photo speaks volume for it, there's no need for any questions! What we were working on were the marketing materials for the specific project of the company's partnered real estate developer. For it to be done, we do have divisions of work. As I have mentioned in the previous weeks, there's a specific person who will do the shoot, the caption and the editing. So we all had our fair share of responsibility on making the marketing content effectively. One of the marketing staff (Miss A) already ingrained in each one of us that in this journey, we have to be collaborative—there's no need to compete for who does the work better or who does all of the work. Everyone should be involved in the process. Of course, we live up to Miss A’s good rule of thumb.
There you have it, we had to do rechecking on our edits and expressed our comments on it as well. In our team, we always value the opinion of each other. We make sure that each of us is heard —that's how we keep the collaborative effort. To top that off, we all are very receptive to constructive feedback. I think I already spilled our secret.
SITE TOUR/VISIT
This week's Site visit was in Compostela, Cebu. It's way too far from our main office but it's okay—we all love long travel. We are very privileged again to come along with the marketing staff to visit the property for sale in the place. As always, we shoot a lot of content. Drone was in full use again and filmed a couple of videos for our FB reels. To be honest, the weather was not giving when we arrived. We need some protection from the sun's heat. Gladly, we were girl scouts and boy scouts on our own. We had an umbrella and bucket hat handy. So…the shoot must go on because we are born to be always ready…
It's a wrap! That's how my Week 5 went! Me and my co-interns were challenged in many aspects but we always possessed an attitude of being a conqueror of the challenges that may come along the way. We have published a new set of marketing materials that makes us so proud of ourselves. Our bond as a team continues to grow each day while remaining steadfast to one goal—produce great contents for the company. With this internship journey, my heart always pumped with excitement. I can't wait to experience what's in store for next week.
That's what I've got for today, my dear Hivers! I hope you enjoyed witnessing my internship journey through reading this blog. Until next time!
