Thank you for this - timely and well said!
I typed a whole paragraph and POOF! - it vanished - without a trace.
May we all be less critical of others, and more willing to listen to a list of our own shortcomings, provided our critics are not beating us up unjustly. I've gone on the defensive when under attack. It's not easy to take the high road, "consider the source," and be gracious and kind to our critics. Sometimes, it may not even be wise. The trick is to discern: when to turn the other cheek, when to thank a critic for a correction, and when to stand firm against an onslaught of unjust accusations.
