Thank you so much for your coaching session! I have learned a lot and have applied that this morning. When I woke up I started with my affirmations and gratitude. I'm so thrilled you woke up with improved energy, expressing gratitude. I'm impressed when people apply what they learn, especially if they do it consistently. (Just remember, the trick is to elevate your energy past it's previous ceiling. More joy, deeper gratitude, than we did the day before, as much as possible... that is what allows us to also elevate our reality too.)
