The physiological breath to activate and balance the parasympathetic nervous system

Last night in Jersey at my house, while it was raining outside and the lights were low, I had an idea.
I decided to record a video on my favorite breath that I learned in Yoga Nidra Teacher Training.

It's called the Physiological Breath and it activates and balances the parasympathetic nervous system.
I use it ofetn in my Yoga Nidras, but it's a great breath for anyone to try in moments of overwhelm, anxiety, restlessnes, etc.
You might even try it if you're working on manifesting something.
You might do a few rounds of this breath to calm your physcal body and nervous system then dive into your intentions.

Yoga Nidra was one of the ways I began healing my grief, I found myself on the dark side of anxiety and it helped me to balance my nervous system and sleep :)
