You really do like to dip your toes into pools of wisdom, ancient and modern. Moving through both quite elegantly, as depicted through your writing.

Im sure you would have liked the Runes. I fund it interesting that the german for alphabets is book sticks. If one imagines sticks made into letters, they look like runes. They call them “Buchstaben” . Words and spells.
We have Ogham, an ancient alphabet from Ireland, each symbol/letter also represents a tree. I have some tattooed on my hands. As each if the trees correlates with the month of your birth.
So I have 3 on one hand for my girls and three on the other for me and my sisters.
The ogham is a little similar to Runes in appearance.
