I loved this ready and I feel many parallels with my life.

It might not seem so sometimes but for me there is ample reason to be optimistic overall ... I have to regularly remind myself that the dark can't grow without the light at all

So true. Contrast is always needed and the world needs all of us to balance out the darkness, whenever and wherever we can. I am doing that in my own way and so are you.
