In warm and cozy homes.
Cause it was cold.
And windy.
And there was not a single living soul out there.

And so I walked to the woods. In winter the silence and peace is so calming. Wind is moving the tall sleeping trees and all you can see the wood cracking sound and sometimes a bird or two.
The cold doesn't bother me. Just gotta walk faster ;)
No one to the left....
... No one to the right.
I picked the images for a reason today. All were shot in Poland a while ago, but they were the best match to the first bonus song today. It was one of those days that the who post was made because of music. Not the other way round when I look for a suitable piece of noise (or not :p).
And not only the images match the first song, but it was damn hot today and the snow feels so refreshing.
Let the summer be already over...

Oh wow, is it still snowing now?The sceneries of Poland are chilly and majestic at the same time. I never spent Winter in Europe before. Just the Autumn cum early Winter (when snow just about to fall) was already too cold for me haha (I am a tropical person!)Haha no.. no snow now, its pretty hot I heard. I took those a while back during the winter.
I still prefer the winter cold than hot summers :)
I miss the "silence" of being in the woods. But nothing compares to the true silence of the Arctic Tundra. No leaves to rustle, no birds to chirp. Just nothing. Pure nothing. Nothing but the ringing in my ears to keep me company.
Ohh music to my ears.. Something I will have to experience one day :)

Depends on the year. Sometimes there is none, sometimes few weeks.
