This is a river behind my workplace. picture taken just as i arrive, around 6 am. The weather usually clear because the area is a lowlands. I don't know why mist come here
In normal situation the river is small, but in heavy rain there will be flood and all those land in side of the river will be drowned. last month a big flood happened, i heard a house and numerous vehicle got swept away.
That slit under the bridge is probably because flood that happened frequently for years
