Today we woke up to a beautiful morning. The snow has finally fallen. I quickly got dressed and went outside to admire the snowy landscape while the family slept. And had my coffee outside. My dog Mia came with me. She was also very happy about the snow. She was running and jumping all over the place. I captured that too.
Later when the kids got up. And we had breakfast. And we got dressed up so we wouldn't be cold outside. Gloves, 2 pairs of pants... My husband cleaned the sleds. These are my sleds from when I was a kid. Even my father used to pull me with them. So many memories came up, it was good to remember them. When my parents used to pull me with a sled like this. We used to play a big game in the yard.
The sun was shining, so it didn't feel very cold. I tried to take pictures of that.
Then we went for a walk. The snowplows hadn't been out yet, so the sleds were sliding along the road very well. The kids enjoyed it. And when they got home they were tired. And they got some sleep.
It was a very good day.
