Hey !
So this saturday 20th there was a worldwide protest against the lockdowns, and all the fake sciences, the sun was shinning the wind was blowing and i decided to jump in and enjoy some fresh air with some friends.

The protest started with a march with a really good turn out, I would say a few thousands in the march, with the stage giving some support to police officers some officers supported the protest, the march end down Av. da Liberdade and ended up in Rossio Square, but only a portion of those remained, probably by fear of the police or because there was a soccer match.

There were drums rolling and alot cheering heading down to the Rossio square, very good vibes all around, children hanging out with their families. People hugged !

At the square a few artists went on stage, there wasnt much time, there was a choir, there was poetry read and music played. Some people also gathered after, joined hands and created a huge wave of good energy in all directions.

Alot of people hang out until the sun was out, the police at that time was getting enough of it and was starting to aproach some people as the time was limited until 7PM, it lasted about 4H, people decided to disperse before any arrests or tickets were issued, altough in the media they mentioned that there were some alcohol fines, probably on the most embriagated wich usually end up joining the protest just to scream a bit.

It was organized by one or more apartidary organizations (links below) altought sometimes there are there are people who are active in politics, in these kinds of protests they tend to join also people who do not identidy with any political party.
There was people from the left, right, someone even mentioned on stage he was politically dislexic, which i think it defines a bit of the crowd, but along the time more and more people from all sides join in the streets and have a chance to debate and spread their message.

The most positive message from the protest and gathering, "love is the solution". Be well !

Kassel, Germany, March 05, 2021 - On Saturday the 20th March 2021, a World-Wide Demonstration for Freedom, Peace, and Democracy will take place in more than 40 countries all over the world. We will reclaim our fundamental rights, and take a stand against excessive Coronavirus restriction measures.

Objectives of our protest

Our Fundamental Human Rights have top priority, and are not negotiable.
The Excessive and Unlawful Coronavirus Restriction measures must end immediately.
The Unreasonable and Tyrannical suppression of dissent by police forces must be stopped.
In the past year, people’s Livelihoods and Freedoms have been destroyed by Lockdowns and Border closures.
We have had our bodily autonomy violated by mask mandates, and plans to mandate Coronavirus Vaccinations are being rolled out internationally.
These are unacceptable constraints on our Freedom.

We are taking a stand for 5 important Freedoms:

Freedom of Speech.
Freedom of Movement.
Freedom of Choice.
Freedom of Assembly.
Freedom of Health.
The Time for Action is Now.

We call on all opponents of the Coronavirus Restriction policies of their own government to participate in this World-Wide Protest.
As one massive, united, and peaceful community, we will stand up and demand an end to the current restrictions and authoritarian control measures.
Since the beginning of 2020, we have grown together locally and become a part of a broader Freedom Movement around the World.
We have made many new friends, and found that we are not alone in our desire for Freedom.
Now we will stand up. One Day. Everyone Together
Our Diverse, Peaceful and Powerful movement will not be divided.
We reject all acts of violence, identity politics, and discrimination of any kind within our movement.
We would like to encourage and call on everyone to peaceably and publicly assemble, and speak out against the Authoritarian Coronavirus restrictions that have damaged our lives more than any virus has.

We have received an overwhelming amount of support from many countries and are collaborating with organizers locally to deploy a wide variety of events.
We are thrilled to announce that on Saturday March 20th, 2021, we will all demonstrate one day internationally for our Fundamental Human Rights, for our Constitutionally Protected Freedoms, and for the end of the excessive Coronavirus restriction measures.
