Why do people take drugs? Some people say that they want to get high and also, drugs make them feel very good. That’s not right because God does not want us to take drugs or have anything that has to do with it. I love the way Bro Eli wasn’t only being biblical about it.

God did not tell us to use drugs. He mentioned that truly, so many people only wish to stop taking drugs but God can’t help them because God only helps those who help themselves. If you are not working towards how to stop taking drugs, you won’t stop it.
It takes your hardwork and the grace of God to stop taking drugs. Also, you need to feed yourself with the words of God. You need to know what God supports and what He doesn’t support. That way, you will know that taking drugs is not accepted in the Bible. It is never one of the things that God has asked us to engage ouselves in.
Read the Bible daily. Try to reduce the amount you take in daily and with time, you will overcome the drug addiction.
