MCGI MASS INDOCTRINATION || February 3rd 2025.

People who listen to God and obey God are those who will have a better life. Despite the fact that I was late to the Mass indoctrination, I was present when Brother Eli talked about the obedient ones. God wants us to obey him and if we do so, our lives will surely be good.
Brother Eli gave us a Bible scripture while preaching.

Isiah 1:19 says, If you are willing and obedient, you will eat the good things of the land;

Are you willing? This is the question that the majority of people run away from. Most people are not willing to fo the Lord’s work. Most people are not ready to listen to Him not to talk of obeying him.
This led us to the topic “vow”. I think I have to say that if you know you won’t keep to your promises or vows, do not make a vow to God.
God wants only those who are willing to make a vow unto him and if you continue to fulfill your promises and vows, you will eat the good things of the land.

We are not talking about food here but you will live a fulfilled and righteous life and even when you die, you will surely go to Heaven. Let’s read Numbers 30: 1-2.

It says, This is what the Lord commands: When a man makes a vow to the Lord or takes an oath to obligate himself by a pledge, he must not break his word but must do everything he said.

A lot of us don’t take God seriously because we have not seen him before but I think we are too quick to forget that he is a supernatural being. A vow with God should never be a joke. If we ever make it, we should be serious with it and follow whatever plans we have made just for us to keep our vow.
