The Bible teaches us to be prosperous healthy in soul and body. What are the ways of the Bible? We shouldn't forget that, it is that teaches us the way to live and the way we should live is the healthy way because it is God's way.
Genesis 3:19
In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.
This implies that Adam will live a heathy live if he yields to the consents of God. There are those that died because they cannot eat anymore but Adam have the capacity until death, meaning that he will have the appetit to eat, and he will live a healthy life. If in the last days of his life will yield to the consents of God. And what is that consent? In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread. This is a very healthy habit of eating. When we eat, we must be sure that what we eat comes from the sweat of our face. We must sweat when we eat, meaning, we must labour for what we eat.
11 Thessalonians 3:10
For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat.
Our right to eat comes from our labour, our work. We must maintain that principle in life, that we have to labour for what we eat, it will gives us our right to eat. Those who are working in hard labour to sustain their daily needs are the people who are more healthy than those who just eat without labouring.
Those who are practicing white-collar jobs, they are those people afflicted with heart diseases, strokes, keller diseases etcetera, because their bodies are not properly exercised or worked.
Meaning to sweat in the face that denotes hard labour, is the healthy way to eat.But that does not mean we should eat anything we want to eat.
In this dispensation we are in, there are chains, fax foods, so tempting and delicious. They are opened 24hours /7days in a week, they never close because people never stopped to eat now, In this dispensation, that's why the world now is plagued with what they call "Obesity". And more people now are over-work , they are not normal in healthy, most of them are carrying the excessive accumulating and storage of fat in the body and this causes overwork of your system, especially the heart. It's really wise for us to know the proper way of living, eating.
We should bear it mind, that we ought to sweat , it is a healthy way.
