Our death teaches us that, there will be judgement, we face judgement as we face death inevitably, we inevitably also will face the judgment seat of God come the day of judgement.
Ecclesiastes 8:8 says, There is no man that hath power over the spirit to retain the spirit; neither hath he power in the day of death: and there is no discharge in that war; neither shall wickedness deliver those that are given to it.
The word of God tells us something very squarely, very definitively, categorically, that there is no man that had power over the spirit to retain the spirit, neither had he power in the day of death. We are helpless when the appointed day come, we are all helpless. According to the Bible, we have no power, no man have the over the spirit and also have no power in the day of death.
So death is something that teaches us, that there is somebody that exists, who owns our lives, we do not live by ourselves. We live because God allows us to live, not by our own strength nor by our own might.
Acts 17:28 says, For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.
If we live we own our existence to God. If He will not allow us to exist, we will die. So when we die, it means that God has already given us enough chance to serve Him, to know Him, to follow Him and to obey Him.
Proverbs 10:27 says, The fear of the LORD prolongeth days: but the years of the wicked shall be shortened.
If a person fears the Lord, the Lord can prolong your days, the Lord can tarry your death, the Lord can extend your life, because word of the Lord tells us, that the fear of the Lord prolong days, but the years of the wicked shall be shortened. So conclusively, death does not mean evil to those who serve God.
Thank you so much for your support...🙏
After death, judgement
Seat of judgement
Thanks
We live not by our own strength nor might for there is someone who has given us this life and someday we shall give account and that is after death
May the Word we are hearing not stand against us at the judgement
