May the peace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with us all Amen praise be to God for today's mass indoctrination service day 14th we where thought the doctrine on our Lord Jesus Christ about baptism I will be sharing with us what I learnt in today's teaching.
- I learnt that baptism Is one of the most important instructions from God as a beilive.
- I also learnt that it is important for us to be baptized in the true church of God as instructed by God.
Titus 3 : 5
In this verse i learnt that it is not by our level of righteousness as we think but it's by his mercy this verse is also showing us the importance of baptism the verse says not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us by the washing of regeneration and the renewing of the Holy Ghost
Act 22 : 16
I learnt that after we have received Christ Jesus as our Lord and personal saviour we don't need to take long before we get baptized this verse teach us saying and now why tarriest thou? Arise and be baptized and wash away thy sin, calling on the name of the Lord it has been instructed by God that after we ha e receive the Lord Jesus Christ the next step is to get baptized without wasting any time so that our joy may be full.
Another vital point is getting baptized in the right place which is the church of God as instructed by God.
Ezra 7 : 23
I learnt from this verse that what so ever instruction or commandment given to us by God let us do it deligently in the house of God. this verse says what every is commanded by the God of heaven let it be deligently done for the house of the God of heaven for why should there be wrath against the realm of the king and his son.
1 Timothy 3 : 15
I learnt from this verse that we must follow every instruction given to us in the church of God this simple means we should be obedient and we should not behave anyhow because the master will return the question is will he find us doing the right thing we must understand that the church of God is the pillar and the ground of turth so we must be disiple.
Matthew 28 : 19
I learnt from this verse that as a true disciple of our Lord Jesus Christ we most evangelize and teach the gospel of our Lord Jesus to all the nation's of the world baptizing them in the name of the father and go the son and if the holy ghost
