Baptism is an instruction from Jesus .
Peter mentioned the same thing in His account asking us to be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ.

We are all baptized into one body. True baptism is done in the place where the doctrine of God is taught.
It is important to do baptism in the house of God that teaches the doctrines of God. You have to be sure the Word of God is being taught with diligence where you want to be baptized.
