Brother Eli spoke on an amazing point today. We are now in a changed world where people behave anyhow and mostly not to the will of God. Also, it is worst when such bad behaviors like killings, kidnappings, neglecting one’s family and other sorts of behaviors comes from prophets of God.
As prophets of God, they are meant to guide us and put us through the right way to live but once they begin to act indecently which is not allowed in the Bible, it becomes a problem. In cases like this, it is always good to report them to the church or whole congregation so that the church will know what to do.
In other cases, it is always good to pray that God should take us away from the hands of such congregation so that we won’t be misled by Pastors that do evil. Brother Eli mentioned that if he, Brother Daniel and Sister Luz are engaging in evil activities, God will not be pleased with them.
In Ezekiel 34:2, the Bible says, Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel; prophesy and say to them: ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: Woe to you shepherds of Israel who only take care of yourselves! Should not shepherds take care of the flock?
That’s true. We have some pastors who only care about themselves and their pockets but care less about the welfare of the church members. This is very bad and this is why it is always good to be under good pastors who stay away from evil.
