There are two pleasures in life. The first pleasure is, as we are growing, which happened to moses ,According to the book of Hebrew 11:24, which read" By faith, when Moses refused to be called the son of Pharaoh's daughter; and verse 25, ,"choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God "the Hebrews" that to enjoy the pleasure of sin for a season",
Why do Moses choose rather to suffer than to enjoy the riches in Egypt? According to the book of Hebrew 11:26, Moses was esteeming the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures in Egypt.
So Moses rejected the pleasure of sin and chose the pleasure of serving his Creator.
We should make our youngsters realize that this pleasures of sin are for a while, they are not permanent, while the pleasure of serving God comes with blessings . There is joy in the spirit. There is beauty beyond what we can see and experience beyond this Earth.
This, is every elder's and Christian's responsibility
to Open their eyes to the realities of the gospel and the world around them.
By doing so, we can turn them back from pleasures of Sin to pleasure of serving God.
