Dealing With Depressed Teens. MCGI TOPIC REVIEW.

Frustration comes later when we do not teach our children what we are to teach them on time. When we fail to train our children, they will grow up to become frustrated. At that time, depression can set in.

Proverbs 22:6 (KJV) Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.

The Bible always tell us to teach our children the fear of God right when they are young. When we refuse to teach our children the fear of God and the ways of God when they are still very young, we are exposing them to potential frustration in the future. Children should be caught young for God. They should be taught the way of God when they are still very young. In that way, their hearts will be trained to endure the trials in life and to embrace the right norms.

It is the responsibility and obligation of the parents to train their children. This is a divine obligation. God has entrusted the assignment of raising children in the hands of the parents. We have to teach our children what life holds for them. They should know what they will meet later in life.

Proverbs 10:1 (KJV) The proverbs of Solomon. A wise son maketh a glad father: but a foolish son is the heaviness of his mother.

A child that is not trained will give the parents a headache. Such children are the ones who are overtaken by frustrations.
