The Bible teaches us the way to be prosperous in our health. The way that we should live is the healthy way because it is from the Bible that we learn that. Many people are not taking the lessons from the Bible seriously. The Bible is a book of wisdom. It is not only a book of doctrines, it is also a book of wisdom. We have good knowledge to learn in the Bible concerning everything. When we apply the knowledge from the Bible to our lives, it makes us healthy.

Genesis 3:19 (KJV) In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.

Bro Eli Soriano pointed out a very striking thing concerning the Bible here. Adam was to eat till he died. And Adam was to eat out of the sweat of his face. So, what we are eating must come from the sweat of our face. It must come from what we are working with our own hands. This Bible passage points out to us the importance of exercise. We must exercise regularly. Not just ordinary exercise, we must be engaged in productive and active work.

2 Thessalonians 3:10 (KJV) For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat.

The Bible way of living healthy is that we should labour before we eat. We should work. We should labour for what we eat. That is the healthy way to eat.
