Staying Healthy is the wish of our Creator for us and we must walk towards that. We must work it out everyday in our lives. We must eat healthy. We must do activities that help us to maintain good health. We must maintain a good mood and the right mindset. We must learn to be appreciative of what we are receiving. We must eat our food in faith.
We do not just eat, we must eat to remain healthy. We must eat to have good health. When we are eating, we should not burden our system by having troubled minds and unforgiving spirit. We must do away with a troubled heart.
Also we must eat our food with thanksgiving. We should always be thankful to God for what He is providing for us. We should not eat our food without grudges in our minds. We should receive our food with thanksgiving.
We should eat with faith. We should eat the right combination of food. It is advisable that we avoid processed foods because they contain harmful chemicals.
A good eating habit and a peaceful mind will make us healthy
