There are tribulations in this world. The tribulations that we pass through have good benefits for our lives. Tribulations are part of the ingredients which we are ordained to experience while we are in this world.
To make an instrument sharper, it is usually passed through sharpening process. The sharpening is done with a stone or iron which trims the instrument. The sharpening process is not usually convenient. It is painful to the thing that is passing through it. In the tribulations, we are sharpened to become sharper and more efficient in God’s hand.
Tribulations make us better. God allows us to pass through several tribulations in life so that we can be instruments of honor in His hands. Tribulations remove from us the unwanted things that do not allow us to serve God well. Tribulations are not altogether bad. Why we feel bad about the tribulations which we are passing through is because we do not see what God has in store for us.
