Today John shows us an impressive picture of the heavenly throne, it is an image that expresses the most striking and high level of praise to the Lamb of God.
And I saw in the right hand of him who sat on the throne a book written within and on the back, sealed with seven seals. 2 And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book and to loose its seals? 3 And no one in heaven or on earth or under the earth was able to open the book or to look into it. 4 And I wept greatly, because no one was found worthy to open the book or to read it or to look into it. 5 Then one of the elders said to me, Do not weep. Behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has prevailed to open the book and to loose its seven seals.
6 Then I looked, and behold, in the midst of the throne and of the four living creatures and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as though it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent out into all the earth. 7 Then he came and took the scroll out of the right hand of him who sat on the throne. 8 When he had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, all having harps and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of saints. 9 They sang a new song, saying, “You are worthy to take the scroll and to open its seals. For you were slain and have redeemed us to God by your blood from every tribe and tongue and people and nation. 10 You have made us kings and priests to our God, and we will reign on the earth.” 11 Then I looked, and I heard the voice of many angels around the throne and the living creatures and the elders, and their number was thousands upon thousands, 12 saying with a loud voice, “Worthy is the Lamb who was slain to receive power and riches and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and blessing. 13 And every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and in the sea and everything in them, I heard saying, “To Him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be blessing and honor and glory and power forever and ever.” 14 The four living creatures said, “Amen!” And the twenty-four elders fell down on their faces and worshiped Him who lives forever and ever.
Revelation 5
This picture is overflowing, it is there in praise and worship to the Lord, here are present the elders and with them millions and millions of angels who sing expressing the infinite love of Christ "And I looked, and I heard the voice of many angels around the throne, and the living creatures, and the elders; and their number was millions upon millions."
Here John expresses that Jesus Christ is the slain lamb, He is the one who takes away the sin of the world forever, Jesus Christ is the Lion of Judah, Jesus Christ is the only one with authority and worthy of judging the earth and thus causing its renewal.
The next day John saw Jesus coming to him, and said: Behold the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world.
John 1:29
After reading, contemplating and delighting in this picture of praise and worship, my question is the following: what motivates you to worship God? We should raise our voices, raise our hands to heaven as a sign of the basis of prayer, simply recognizing that God is God, that Jesus is our savior. What drives us to reach this level of praise and worship is the time we take to get to know Him through the study of His word, complementing it with prayer and service.
Little by little we reveal the character of Christ through our lives, thus learning and living in fullness of life, yearning to know Him more and more each day. As this happens, our reason for praise and worship is greater and it generates in us a hunger for His presence, to be able to be in His presence at all times.
Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be satisfied.
Matthew 5:6
Praise and worship to God is not something fixed, it is part of a whole cycle because as we get to know God more, our love grows and deepens much more, this causes us to worship and serve Him much better and we are the ones who receive that spiritual satisfaction, and this never ends. As we delve deeper and deeper into His word, this intensifies more and we cannot detach ourselves from God, do you want to live the experience?

Hoy Juan nos muestra un impresionante cuadro del trono celestial, es una imagen que expresa lo más impactante y un alto grado de alabanzas al cordero de Dios.
Y vi en la mano derecha del que estaba sentado en el trono un libro escrito por dentro y por fuera, sellado con siete sellos. 2 Y vi a un ángel fuerte que pregonaba a gran voz: ¿Quién es digno de abrir el libro y desatar sus sellos? 3 Y ninguno, ni en el cielo ni en la tierra ni debajo de la tierra, podía abrir el libro, ni aun mirarlo. 4 Y lloraba yo mucho, porque no se había hallado a ninguno digno de abrir el libro, ni de leerlo, ni de mirarlo. 5 Y uno de los ancianos me dijo: No llores. He aquí que el León de la tribu de Judá, la raíz de David, ha vencido para abrir el libro y desatar sus siete sellos.
6 Y miré, y vi que en medio del trono y de los cuatro seres vivientes, y en medio de los ancianos, estaba en pie un Cordero como inmolado, que tenía siete cuernos, y siete ojos, los cuales son los siete espíritus de Dios enviados por toda la tierra. 7 Y vino, y tomó el libro de la mano derecha del que estaba sentado en el trono. 8 Y cuando hubo tomado el libro, los cuatro seres vivientes y los veinticuatro ancianos se postraron delante del Cordero; todos tenían arpas, y copas de oro llenas de incienso, que son las oraciones de los santos; 9 y cantaban un nuevo cántico, diciendo: Digno eres de tomar el libro y de abrir sus sellos; porque tú fuiste inmolado, y con tu sangre nos has redimido para Dios, de todo linaje y lengua y pueblo y nación; 10 y nos has hecho para nuestro Dios reyes y sacerdotes, y reinaremos sobre la tierra. 11 Y miré, y oí la voz de muchos ángeles alrededor del trono, y de los seres vivientes, y de los ancianos; y su número era millones de millones, 12 que decían a gran voz: El Cordero que fue inmolado es digno de tomar el poder, las riquezas, la sabiduría, la fortaleza, la honra, la gloria y la alabanza. 13 Y a todo lo creado que está en el cielo, y sobre la tierra, y debajo de la tierra, y en el mar, y a todas las cosas que en ellos hay, oí decir: Al que está sentado en el trono, y al Cordero, sea la alabanza, la honra, la gloria y el poder, por los siglos de los siglos. 14 Los cuatro seres vivientes decían: Amén; y los veinticuatro ancianos se postraron sobre sus rostros y adoraron al que vive por los siglos de los siglos.
Apocalipsis 5
Este cuadro desborda, está allá en alabanza y adoración al señor, aquí están presente los ancianos y junto a ellos Millones y millones de ángeles que cantan expresando el amor infinito de Cristo "Y miré, y oí la voz de muchos ángeles alrededor del trono, y de los seres vivientes, y de los ancianos; y su número era millones de millones".
Aquí Juan expresa que Jesucristo es el cordero inmolado, es el que quita el pecado del mundo para siempre, Jesucristo es el León de Judá, Jesucristo es el único con autoridad y digno de juzgar la tierra y así provocar su renovación.
El siguiente día vio Juan a Jesús que venía a él, y dijo: He aquí el Cordero de Dios, que quita el pecado del mundo.

Después de leer contemplar y deleitarme con este cuadro de alabanza y adoración mi pregunta es la siguiente ¿qué es lo que a ti te motiva para adorar a Dios? Deberíamos alzar nuestras voces, levantar las manos hacia el cielo en señal de la base de oración simplemente reconociendo que Dios es Dios, que Jesús es nuestro salvador. Lo que impulsa a que alcancemos a este grado de alabanza y adoración es el tiempo que nos tomamos en conocerle a través del estudio de su palabra, complementándolo con oración y servicio.
Poco a poco revelamos a través de nuestras vidas el carácter de Cristo aprendiendo así y viviendo en plenitud de vida anhelando cada día conocerle más y más, a medida que esto sucede nuestro motivo de alabanza y adoración es mayor y genera nosotros un hambre de su presencia de poder estar en su presencia en todo momento.
Bienaventurados los que tienen hambre y sed de justicia, porque ellos serán saciados.
Mateo 5:6
La alabanza y la adoración a Dios no es algo fijo, es parte de todo un ciclo ya que a medida que conocemos más a Dios, nuestro amor crece y se profundiza mucho más esto provoca que le adoremos y le sirvamos mucho mejor y nosotros somos quienes recibimos esa satisfacción espiritual, y esto nunca termina. A medida que profundizamos más y más en su palabra esto se intensifica más y no podemos desprendernos de Dios, ¿quieres vivir la experiencia?.
