If at this moment it seems that God is absent, let us remember that he has risen; this reminds us that victory and joy are near.
31 The Jews then, because it was Preparation Day, so that the bodies would not remain on the cross on the Sabbath day[a] (for that Sabbath[b] was a high day), begged Pilate that their legs might be broken and that they might be taken away. 32 The soldiers therefore came and broke the legs of the first man, and likewise of the other who had been crucified with him. 33 But when they came to Jesus, and saw that he was dead already, they did not break his legs. 34 But one of the soldiers pierced his side with a spear, and immediately blood and water came out. 35 And he who saw it bears witness, and his testimony is true; and he knows that he speaks the truth, so that you also may believe. 36 For these things took place so that the Scripture would be fulfilled: Not one of his bones will be broken. 37 And again, another Scripture says, “They will look on Him whom they pierced.”
38 After all this, Joseph of Arimathea, who was a disciple of Jesus, but secretly for fear of the Jews, begged Pilate that he might take away Jesus’ body; and Pilate granted him permission. So he came and took Jesus’ body. 39 Nicodemus, who had previously visited Jesus by night, also came bringing a mixture of myrrh and aloes, about a hundred pounds. 40 So they took Jesus’ body and wrapped it in linen cloths with spices, according to the Jewish burial custom. 41 Now in the place where he was crucified there was a garden, and in the garden a new tomb in which no one had yet been laid. 42 So they laid Jesus there because of the preparation for the Passover, and because the tomb was close at hand.
John 19:31-42
Just as Jesus Christ was resting in absolute peace in the stern of the boat when a great storm arose, so his lifeless body was laid in the tomb while the great storm was raging in the hearts of his disciples and others. A day after his death, and before his disciples could understand it, their minds were surely filled with fear, pain, and above all, much doubt. I'm sure they've also brought back memories of the times they'd shared with Jesus, their experiences with him, like when he stood up and brought order to the raging sea, like that moment when he miraculously fed thousands of people with very little, or that moment when a demon-possessed man appeared and was instantly freed, and even more extreme, seeing a resurrected dead man walking out of his tomb, as in the case of Lazarus.
We're surprised by the weak faith of the disciples, and this because we already know, but we're no different from them. Those men of little faith, just as Jesus called them on some occasions, didn't remember what Jesus had said about himself, especially that he would give his life as a sacrifice but would return with power.
Let your conduct be free from covetousness, and be content with what you have, for he has said, 'I will never leave you nor forsake you.'
Hebrews 13:5
There are times in our lives when God may seem absent, but even if it seems that way, we must have the complete certainty and assurance that He will never leave us. When we are tempted to think this way or when we come up with our own solutions, we need to remember the absolute power of the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
We must be willing to wait through this valley of the shadow of death, through the darkness of the night, and rest in complete certainty that the morning will come and the sun will rise with complete certainty. Our Lord Jesus Christ has left us written words for our security and faith.

Si en este momento pareciera que Dios está ausente, recordemos que ha resucitado, esto nos recuerda que la victoria y la alegría están cerca.

Entonces vino, y se llevó el cuerpo de Jesús. 39 También Nicodemo, el que antes había visitado a Jesús de noche, vino trayendo un compuesto de mirra y de áloes, como cien libras. 40 Tomaron, pues, el cuerpo de Jesús, y lo envolvieron en lienzos con especias aromáticas, según es costumbre sepultar entre los judíos. 41 Y en el lugar donde había sido crucificado, había un huerto, y en el huerto un sepulcro nuevo, en el cual aún no había sido puesto ninguno. 42 Allí, pues, por causa de la preparación de la pascua de los judíos, y porque aquel sepulcro estaba cerca, pusieron a Jesús.
Juan 19:31-42
Así como Jesucristo en un momento estaba descansando en absoluta paz en la popa de La Barca cuando se iniciaba una gran tormenta, de la misma manera su cuerpo ya sin vida estaba depositado en la tumba mientras la gran tormenta así es trago en el corazón de sus discípulos y otras personas. Un día después de su muerte y que sus discípulos pudieran entenderlo sus mentes seguramente se llenaron de temores, dolor y sobre todo mucha duda. Estoy seguro que también habrán traído los recuerdos de las veces que habían compartido con Jesús, sus vivencias junto a él como cuando se puso de pie y puso orden al mar agitado, como aquel momento en que con muy poco milagrosamente alimento a miles de personas, o ese momento al presentarse un hombre poseído por un demonio instantáneamente fue liberado y mucho más extremo el hecho de ver a un muerto resucitado saliendo caminando de su tumba como es el caso de Lázaro.
Nos sorprende la débil fe de los discípulos y esto porque nosotros ya conocemos pero nosotros no somos diferentes a ellos, aquellos hombres de poca fe así como Jesús lo llamó en algunas ocasiones en esos momentos no recordaron lo que Jesús había dicho de sí mismo, sobre todo que él pondría su vida como sacrificio pero retornaría con poder.
Sean vuestras costumbres sin avaricia, contentos con lo que tenéis ahora; porque él dijo: No te desampararé, ni te dejaré;
Hebreos 13:5
Hay momentos de nuestras vidas en que Dios puede que parezca ausente, pero aunque pareciera eso debemos tener la plena certeza y seguridad que él nunca nos dejará. Cuando somos tentados a pensar de esta manera o cuando pensamos en nuestras propias soluciones necesitamos recordar ese poder absoluto de la resurrección de Jesucristo.
Debemos estar dispuestos a esperar durante este valle de sombra de muerte, durante la oscuridad de la noche, y descansar esperando con plena seguridad que la mañana vendrá y el sol saldrá con plena seguridad, Nuestro Señor Jesucristo nos ha dejado escrito para nuestra seguridad y fe.

When life is hard and it seems God is absent it is then that God is really working, we may experienced lows and downs or experiences that would sometimes test our faith and trust in Him but no matter what happen let us always remember that God would never abandoned nor forsake us. Everything happens for a reason and that God is silent when He is doing it for us. Hold on to your faith and never losses hope for GOD is always a loving,merciful and always there for us.
