My own contribution towards the topic above is that the kingdom of heaven which Jesus Christ was talking about was not a physical one, is not what we can see here on earth, is not in England or Jerusalem, is not what we can see with out physical eye.
Luke 17:20 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:
Luke 17:21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.
The kingdom of God that is been talking about is not the one made by human, its God that design it Himself.
There are lots of teaching here and there but with the help of Holy spirit and us study the word of God that's bible we will know better. May the Lord give us the spirit to understand His word the more in Jesus name.
