The Bible admonishes us to take exercises, brothers and sisters. Why? It expels toxins, when we exercise, we sweat. Exercise strengthens our immune system and our metabolism, there is much benefit in exercise that’s why when we eat and exercise or we work and, it is a healthy way to live.
It is really wise for us to know the proper way of living and eating, let us remember that we must sweat because it is healthy to sweat. Having physical activities for at least thirty (30) minutes in a day, like walking briskly in fresh air, especially where there are not so many pollutants, is very important. A walk thirty (30) minutes a day will prevent obesity and other chronic diseases like diabetes, heart ailment, stroke, etc.
The Bible admonishes us to take exercises.
I Timothy 4:8;
"For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.
But physical exercises alone does not amount to much, there is little profit in body exercise if not accompanied by godly exercise. Separating physical exercise from godliness or concentrating only on physical exercise, cannot profit your body much, except it is done alongside godly exercise, that is the only way you can create balance between the spirit, the soul and the body.

1 Timothy 4:8 does acknowledge the value of physical exercise while emphasizing the greater importance of spiritual exercise – godliness. A balanced approach—combining physical activity with spiritual growth, is key to overall well-being.
