Topic: financial contribution.
We as christians in the true church are meant to do good works unto our fellow men.
Our good works should be with love and faith. For without love and faith our good works is not complete.
Because God knows the hearts of men, we should be able to do God's will from our hearts.
Because God's basic doctrine is love, we should love one another.
We should always show one another love and care.
We should not give financial contributions because we want to show off.
It is useless if we do not do good works in faith, hope and love.
But if we do works with faith,hope and love we will be rewarded bountifully.
Romans 10:14-17 How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him uof whom they have never heard?3 And how are they to hear vwithout someone preaching? 15 And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!” 16 But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed what he has heard from us?” 17 So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ.
2 Corinthians 9:5-12 5 Therefore I thought it necessary to exhort the brethren, that they would go before unto you, and make up beforehand your bounty, whereof ye had notice before, that the same might be ready, as a matter of bounty, and not as of covetousness. 6 But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully. 7 Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver. 8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work: 9 (As it is written, He hath dispersed abroad; he hath given to the poor: his righteousness remaineth for ever. 10 Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness;) 11 Being enriched in every thing to all bountifulness, which causeth through us thanksgiving to God. 12 For the administration of this service not only supplieth the want of the saints, but is abundant also by many thanksgivings unto God.
When we give contribution bountifully we shall reap bountifully.
You should not give by being compelled or forced. We should give from our hearts.
When you give contributions from your heart it will bring grace to abound towards you.
Giving in faith and hope and love, will bear forth fruit.
1 Corinthians 13:13 And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.
Ephesians 2:10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
