Topic: the fellowship taught by God to the brethren in the church of God.
God has given the members of the church of God a commandment to do good to all men, particularly those in the household of faith.
Galatians 6:10 Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith.
This is a fellowship with your fellow men. He that kills his fellow man is of the devil. All murderers are of the devil, their is no exception.
John 8:44 You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it.
If a person is taught to kill by his religion that religion is of devil. All murderers are of the devil and are disciples of the devil.
We are meant to do good to our fellow men not minding their religion.
John 16:2 They will put you out of the synagogues; yes, the time is coming that whoever kills you will think that he offers God service.
The religion that teaches its members to kill, think that they do service unto God but it is not so God is against this. There are churches that teach it's members to kill their fellow men.
The same good that you would do to your brother in the church is the same good you will do unto the brethren that is not in the church.
Colossians 3:14 But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection.
The primary doctrine of Christ is to love.
The first person to whom we accord love to is God and second is our fellow men.
Matthew 22:36-39
36 “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?” 37 Jesus replied: “ ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’
We should show love unto our fellow men so we can bring them unto God. It is the will of God for all men to be saved.
1 Corinthians 9:20-22 And unto the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might gain the Jews; to them that are under the law, as under the law, that I might gain them that are under the law; 21 To them that are without law, as without law, (being not without law to God, but under the law to Christ,) that I might gain them that are without law. 22 To the weak became I as weak, that I might gain the weak: I am made all things to all men, that I might by all means save some.
You can not kill your neighbor if you love them.
We are meant to also love our enemies and pray for them that do evil unto us.
Matthew 5:44-45 But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you.
45.That ye may be the children of your. Father which is in heaven: for he maketh. his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.
God shows love to all even to those that do not serve him.
Luke 6:35 But love your enemies, do good, and lend, hoping for nothing in return; and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High. For He is kind to the unthankful and evil.
Do good, lend to your enemy, pray for them. If they are hungry feed them, if they are thirsty give them drink.
Matthew 5:42 Therefore “If your enemy is hungry, feed him; If he is thirsty, give him a drink; For in so doing you will heap coals of fire on his head.”
We should be kind to one another this means you will not be selfish. When you are kind your heart is open to others.
Ephesians 4:32 And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.
