Unplanned Monday

I had a very unplanned day. Never planned to stay in bed all morning especially MONDAY morning.. First, body became very heavy to carry after morning prayers, slight headache sets in , cold visited and an unusual cough arrived. Kai my whole head was spinning by itself . I couldn't control it anymore. But I had planned to be productive today and here body says, no work today. Spirit very willing but the flesh is weak. I tried to jump out of bed but it wasn't working. Neighbors advised rest which I consider very odd on a Monday morning. Well, here I am still in bed typing this.
