According to Bro Eli's explanation in this video, healthy eating depends on how the food we eat comes to be. According to him, our right to eat depends on our labor. This simply means we must maintain the principle that we must labor for what we eat, according to 2 Thessalonians 3:10

Food gotten from ill gotten wealth like stealing or robbery, is unhealthy, and often causes all sorts of sicknesses and diseases into the bodies of people. Hard labor is the healthy way to eat. It is important to exercise our bodies.

I pray that God gives us more understanding of His word, and the grace to abide by it.
