It is Tartaros, explained as the deepest abyss of hades or should I say hell. Those angels who sinned against God are put to hell.

      Eli Soriano mentioned 2 Peter 2:4 about those angel who's at the tartaros or hell. Other verses are 1 Peter 3:18, Deuteronomy 5:7 and 1 Corinthians 15:24 that explains more about what is in the earth under.
