Each and everyone of us is given a calling to be able to complete the whole body as the members of the church of God. As we have leaders, so also there are followers and we should embrace one another not considering the past.
1 Corinthians 15:9 For I am the least of the apostles, that am not meet to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God.
Jesus Christ is the vine and the head of the church, listening and obeying his word will make us fruitful because without Him, we can do nothing.
John 15:5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.
There are different kinds of gifts and the Spirit giveth to each and everyone at his own will. It is very important that we accept one another's gift and benefit from it. We should carry out our functions faithfully.
Romans 12:6 Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith.
Romans 12:7 Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching;
Romans 12:8 Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness.
There is forgiveness to a soul who once commit sins ignorantly.
1 Timothy 1:13 Who was before a blasphemer, and a persecutor, and injurious: but I obtained mercy, because I did it ignorantly in unbelief.
We are one body in Christ as God set us to be. We should be filled with love towards other members and do not be envious of them. Supporting and helping one another will make the work more easier.
1 Corinthians 12:18 But now hath God set the members every one of them in the body, as it hath pleased him.
Ephesians 4:16 From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.
Salvation begins from outside because for someone to be saved that means he repented from his evil ways, he is been called out from darkness.
There are some that will be outside forever, not yielding to the call of salvation. They will refuse the salvation and the doctrines of Christ. Some are called but refused to respond to the calling of God. While some are called and were giving gifts. Having a gift as a part of the body(church) you must give importance to it and use it in a way that will profit God.
Ephesians 4:4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;
The truth that you should know is the truth unto salvation. When every members are working they stand on their gifts which bring out light unto those in darkness
1 Timothy 2:4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
We are beneficiary of one another's gifts as we come together to be a whole body.
Our judith is God's grace, God's manifold blessing that we didn't deserve. When the entire body is healthy, it will be able to work perfectly as a whole, bringing souls out of darkness. We should love and embrace ourselves it is the collective effort that will bring out fruits.
1 Corinthians 7:20 Let every man abide in the same calling wherein he was called.
Shalom!
