Is Religion necessary for salvation?

Greetings Everyone!

Religion is necessary for our salvation because if it wasn't necessary, Jesus would not preach about the kingdom of God.
Christ Jesus preached about repentance and turning back to God. He was crucified to reconcile us to God the father. Therefore religion is what binds us to God.

Religion drew us back to God because our fathers of old went away from God into sin and idolatry. So God is calling us to return to him and serve him in order to be saved. Religion is what will bind us with God, making us to live a worthy and peaceful life in earth.

Jesus Christ established the church to unveil the manifold wisdom of God in him. He said to Peter, upon this rock, I'll build my church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. The church is instrumental to the salvation of man.
Rejecting the church, is rejecting salvation. This is because it is in the church that the commandments of God are taught. Through a true religion, we learn how to walk according to God's commandments.

Not all religions lead to salvation. Many are idolatry, but true religion is that which was established by our lord Jesus Christ. True religion is one that cares about the poor and are given to good works. They do good to the less privileged, the orphans and widows in affliction. They visit the prisons and give homes to the homeless.

The church plays a crucial role in man's salvation. Being anti-church means being anti-salvation. This is so that people might learn God's commands, which are taught in churches. We get the knowledge there on how to carry out God's commands.
So, in order to ensure our salvation, we should acknowledge the significance of religion, make an effort to cultivate a sincere connection with God, and make a commitment to following his instructions. We may re-connect with God via religion and live peaceful, honorable lives here on earth.
