Glory be to God brethren in today's last indoctrination session i will be sharing with you what have gained and my personal revelation about how the study has met my belief system and to how it has affected me positively.
First i have learnt about Baptism i mean true baptsim,i was made to understand that baptism is a commandment by God which we must endeavour to be done in the house of God not the chapel, not the cathedral built with hands of men but the church of the living God, that is where all commandment must be observed. It is very important for us to behave ourselves in our conduct when we are in the house of God.
Have also gained that the church remains even when heaven and earth pass away because the name of God is in the church of God therefore we must endeavour to look for where the mame of the father is which is the church of God. Also we should not take the name of God in vain rather we must desist from using the name of God in vain and to desist from using the name of God to deceive.
My belief system has been improving on that we should be baptised in the name of the father and not by the father and that there is a place to hold baptism where the name of the father is present which is the house of the living God. My understanding was well established that the name of God is named after his household which is the house of God/church of God.
I know that there's is only one true church, where andcwhose name we are baptised should be likened the house of the living God.
This study of God's word has brought a positive impact, knowledge and understanding of the words of God that the house is a prophetic pronouncement that is forever and cannot be destroyed. The temple built by Solomon is a good example that was built by man which is subject to expiration, destruction.
The one God has chosen is the one is name will be forever because the church of God remains till eternity is God's eternal purpose.
I have a better understanding now that both the Jews and Gentiles have been baptised in one spirit, one body. The church was symbolizes by body, light,city,nation with different parts.
