WHAT I LEARNT FROM WORSHIP SERVICE HELD ON ZOOM ON 18 JUNE

Hello!

I want to share with you what I learnt from our worship service of 18 June.

As Christians we were charged to always sing spiritual songs, songs of praise with joy and grace in our hearts unto God.

Romans 10:17

Faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Faith should always be mixed with good works, because our faith can't be perfect without good works, according to James 2:22

So to perfect our faith, we should always do good unto all men whether they are good or evil, these would tell the world that we're the children of God.

Galatians 6: 10

As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.

Also, the Bible in 1 Corinthians 13:13 says;

And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.

As the body without the spirit is dead, so also is faith without works according to James 2:26.

Christ commanded us to love one another and to do good to all men, especially those of the household of faith.
James 2:24 says that it is by works that a man is justified and not by faith alone.

So we should also mix our faith with good works.
