There are things that please God. But there is no such word as, It pleases him the most. It pleases him, but not the most, because the most is the Lord Jesus Christ. What pleases God the most? No other thing, or no other person, or no other existing thing, pleases God the most than the Son.
Matthew, Chapter 17, verse 5
While he yet spake, behold a bright cloud overshadowed them. And behold the voice out of the cloud which said, this is my beloved son, in whom I am well pleased hear ye him.
So, while Peter was yet speaking, Talking to our Lord Jesus Christ saying that he wants to build 3 tabernacles, one for Moses, one for Elijah and one for the Lord Jesus Christ while he yet speak, Meaning he was not yet true of what he is talking about or what he is saying, There was a voice out of the cloud coming from Heaven saying "This is my beloved son. In whom I am well pleased, hear ye him"
If there is something that pleases God the most, it is his son, No more, no less. Only the son of God pleases him the most. There are things that please God. But there is no such word as, It pleases him the most. It pleases him, But not the most, because the most is the Lord Jesus Christ. But there are other things that pleases him.
Jeremiah 9:23,
Thus saith the Lord, Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the rich man glory in his riches:
But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the Lord which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith the Lord.
So to a person who knows God, that it is God that executes all things that are good and justice upon the earth. To that person God is pleased. That is one thing that pleases God, a person that knoweth God, and understand that it is God that executes loving kindness and justice and righteousness upon the earth for in that act, God is pleased.
