I learnt that the husband should give what is due to his wife and wife should also give her husband what is due to her husband and i also learnt that as a husband,you have no power over your own body but his wife does and also the wife has no power over her body but her husband does and they should not withdraw their bodies from within the reach of each other except they both have an understanding as to abstain from sexual activities in a period of time due to fasting and prayer and it should be done by mutual consent.
I learnt that a husband and his wife are told to control their sexual desires so as to be able to concentrate on the period of fasting and prayer.
It is important for a husband and his wife to practice sexual abstinence in the period of fasting and prayer.
I learnt that fasting and prayer should be observed when there are things we need an urgent response to from GOD.
I learnt that fasting accompanied with prayer has a great impact and I learnt that when science fails,prayer still works or prevails.
I learnt that fasting can be done when we have pressing issues and it must be accompanied with prayer.

I learnt that we should share our bread with the hungry because as of the time we are fasting,we won’t be needing those foods and we should also try to give clothes to those who do not have many clothes as do we.
I learnt that fasting can do miracles and even science has backed it up.

I learnt that when we fast,we should not put a sad countenance in our faces so that people won’t know that we are fasting.
I learnt that fasting should not be made public because its a private thing between the one under going the fasting and GOD.
The only person who should know of it when fasting is either the church who organized the fasting and prayer or just between husband and his wife because they are one in the sight of GOD.
I learnt that as a woman,you should not be showing your body to others as a woman your body is only for your husband .
I learnt that marriage is bed undefiled and I learnt that whoever looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart.
