Does God want all things, including evil, to happen? Part 1

Hello Brethren!

From this teaching, I understand that, it is not everything that happens, that is the will of God. Many things that happened, happened as a result of our individual or collective choices. Our choice in life can affect the experiences we have in life.

It is unjust to claim that everything that occurs in our world today does so in accordance with God's will. There are events that take place that go against God's will. Despite the fact that adultery is forbidden by God, there are adulterers in our days. It is a sin to commit adultery, but this is something that individuals are doing because God endowed us with freedom of choices.

God gave us free will as humans as a blessing. God desires that we submit to him, adore him, and worship him of our own free will. That is what makes God happy, our obedience and devotion to God performed freely, without being forced. We are to willingly obey God's commandments and receive the blessings. In Christianity, we are not forced to obey God, that's how loving our God is.

God is delighted with those who, of their own free will, follow him in the face of temptation and the evil and disobedient people around them. God desires to see people who completely obey him of their own free will. That is how God works. God is not interested in forcing us. That is why not everything that occurs in this universe is according to God's will. Sometimes it occurs as a result of the person's will, other times it results from Satan or other entities residing within that person's body.

Seven evil spirits controlled Mary Magdalen in the Bible. This means that she shared her previous existence with those seven demons and anything Mary Magdalene did prior to meeting the Lord Jesus Christ or having an experience with him was free from the influence of demons. Her previous existence was conducted according to Satanic, demonic, and evil principles. God granted us our own free will and gives us the ability to make decisions.

We learn from this lesson that not everything that occurs because God wants them to happen. Some events take place as a result of our decisions or the influence of demons operating within us.
