God wants us to be saved, God wants us to to turn away from our evil deeds willingly, God wants us to have the desire to be good disciple and turn away from wickedness. 2Thessalonians 2:10, because they receive not the love of the truth so they might be saved,Bro Eli on his teachings said this means that they rejected the truth, and He gave us the example that some people's mind is upside down, sweet is bitter to them and bitter is sweet to them.1Timothy 5:17,God wants everyone to be saved,John 3:19,we have freedom of choice to be saved, God wants it to be at the expense of our freewill, God wants us to love him and stay away from our evil deeds willingly and to obey him willingly.
Furthermore,in his teachings Bro Eli gave us the example of the prodigal son, just like the prodigal son God is ready to accept us back if we genuinely repent from our evil ways, because God prohibits us to lie,for the people received not the love of the truth 2Thessalonians 2:11,they chose not to receive the love of the truth not because God did not give them a chance, but because God did not want to force anyone,so by yourself you did not chose the love of the truth.

Likewise also Rahab the harlot was not justified because she received the messenger of Joshua,they did not neglect her because she was a prostitute, and though because she was a prostitute she still have to do good to others by lieing and hiding the soldiers of Joshua and saved them. But Rahab though a prostitute was not justified because she was a prostitute but she was saved because she lied to keep the servants of Joshua safe.

They were loosing the Colt because God needed it and the owner of the Colt, because the owner allowed it so they can not accuse them of stealing,they said that the Lord needs it and because God knows the owner of the Colt.
Matthew 21:4 to 5, it means that the person who owns the Colt is already a follower of God.
