I also learnt from proverbs 15:1 that grievous words stir up anger while soft words turns away wrath. This have a lot to do with our manner of approach towards one another. From this bible verse, it was made clear that the best way to achieve peace and calmness amongst one another is by minding the way we speak to people. This is important because anger bring action which could be violent.
