This is what I learnt from the teachings:
As a christian we must always observe each other, in a case where a member might be poor in the church of God we can always provide for the person if we have the power. If any one is sick we are advise to care for the person, we are advise to check on members too. We must consider each other in the church. The bible says we should always watch and pray, one of the doctrines of Christ says we must always come together not forsaken each other. We should always exalt each other.
In some churches the pastors gather their members together because they want to make money from them. Christ says when we gather members together we should always preach love and not to discriminate people in the church of God. The bible also says we should dress in a Godly manner in the church of God. The poor brethren in the church of God should be taking care of properly. There is joy that fill the soul when we are together in the house of God just like going for a secondary school reunion.
When the world was about to be created the angels sang, when Christ was about to be born the angel sang, so we are advise as members of the church of Christ to always sing. One of the doctrines we should observe as believer of the word of the lord is to sing praises to God, unlike the Catholic who sing to Mary the mother of Jesus, all this kind of songs is not acceptable before God. The true way to sing is to praise him when we all gather before him. David also sang to God. When you sing the evil spirit and other spirits of the devil run away from us. The cherubs, the seraphims sing and other angels too sing to God. The reason christians sing is to give thanks to God. Singing came from God, singing started before the earth was created, when we sing to God always the devil flee from us. We are commanded by the bible that we should always sing.
Christians are commanded to gather and worship God any day of the week unlike the seven day Adventist who gather there members to worship on saturday. The Adventist believe people that gather on Sunday that they will receive the mark of the anti christ.
