It was God that preform cloning first when he got a rib from Adam and made it to be eve but there is no problem supplying a spirit for Eve different from the spirit of Adam
It is scientifically possible to clone human but it is not a good idea
The plan of God is for humanity to reproduce by procreation where a man and woman must meet to produce their kind that's a natural way
God can easily product many Adam from many hand full of dust
But what he did is the best
Genesis 1: 31(kjv) and God saw every thing that he had made and, behold,it was very good . And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.
To reproduce humans by cloning in the human way is not good
