We need to understand about Confession,Love and Holiness.

James 5:16
Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

If by any means we offend our neighbors,we ought to confess our fault and be forgiven because it comes with healing...

Romans 14:11
For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.
We ought also to confess to God...

Love also is Vital in the body of Christ because if love is lacking, Confession can't be a by-product..

The bible clearify on Holiness likewise

Romans 12:1
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
