What is the fate of the thief on the cross written in Luke23:42-43 part 1

in MCGI Cares Hive4 years ago

Here is my contribution on the above subject;

But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.

Our righteousness is as filthy rag unto God. No man is righteous before God.
According to Romans 8:3 As it is written:“There is no one righteous, not even one; the law of Moses could not work out the righteousness of God.

According to Bro Eli, thee are two kinds of righteousness;

  1. The righteousness of God
  2. The righteousness of men.

Romans 10:3 says they have forsaken the righteousness of God to establish their own righteousness.
No man is righteous before God, we should submit to God’s righteousness.
