Ecclesiastes 7:20 said there is not a just man upon earth, that does good in life and doesn't commit sin. That's is the fact
If anyone that didn't believe invite you to a feast, and you are suppose to go; whatsoever is set before you, eat, and don't ask question for the same of conscience. (1 Corinthians 10:27)
1 Corinthians 10:30 if I be a partaker by grace, then why do I have to speak evil of that which I give thanks?
It's the food to do the will of Lord Jesus Christ, not the food we eat, so it's literally not served to idols
If you eat or drink, whenever you do, do it for the glory of God, let's do it as we acknowledge God and Thanksgiving to God, we can't be able to do anything without Christ and as we do the will of God, God is glorified
1 Thessalonians 5:18 says In everything, we should give thanks because this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
For us to see that we do things for the glory of God, do it with Thanksgiving.
There are 2 types of sin; sin unto death and sin that's not unto death
Written in 1 John 5:16 that If any man see his brother sin a sin that is not unto death, he should ask, and he shall give him life for the sin that is not unto death. There is a sin unto death: I do not say that he shall pray for it.
You can pray for the sin that's unto death and can't pray for the sin that's unto death
Hebrews 10:26 For if we sin unknowing, after that, we received the knowledge of the truth, no more sacrifice for sins ramain
There are sins done deliberately and there is a sins that is not done deliberately
We can't do without sin but we can't continue being a sinner.
Your iniquities have turned away the good things things, and your sins have stopped good things from reaching you. (Jeremiah 5:25)
Romans 6:4 So we are buried with him by baptism into death, just like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, the same way we should also walk in newness of life.
You'll loose the goodness of God if you continue sinning.
The sin that's not willfully is a sin that is not unto death.
Romans 2:4 despite you have the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; don't you know that the goodness of God leads you to repentance?
God lead you to repentance and you are repenting because you have sinned
If you are not giving thanks, then you don't want to repent
If you see a brother sinning a sin that is not unto death, pray to God
Reading Luke 7:44-48 And he turned to the woman, and Simon asked that, don't you see this woman? I entered into your house, you didn't give me water for my feet: but this woman has washed my feet with tears, and wiped them with the hairs of her head. You gave me no kiss: but this woman has not stopped kissing my feet. You didn't annoit My head with oil but this woman has anointed my feet with ointment, therefore I say unto you, Her sins that are many, are forgiven; because she loved so much: but to whom little is forgiven, the same loveth little. And he said unto her, Thy sins are forgiven.
If God lead you to repentance and you are forgiven and you felt that you are forgiven, you should give thanks to God
We are deceiving ourselves if we think we don't commit sin
Lesson
As human being, the flesh would push you to sin, you can't do without committing sin, it's better you are careful, avoid sin and beg for forgiveness when you committed sin unknowingly.
Whatever you do in this life, do it for the glory of God, don't do it for man, man may not have any reward to give you but God have so much reward to give to you and in everything in life, we should give thanks to God.
Sin that you commit unintentionally are the sin that is not unto death but the one you committed intentionally are the sin unto death, especially if you have listened to the doctrine and you've known the do and don't do of God.
Very well said. Let us all always have this mindset that whatever we do is to the glory of God and nothing more
