The Bible says
Malachi 3:10 Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.
There is no contradiction between Malachi 3:7-10 and 2 Corinthians 9:7.
God's Words are true and said in righteousness.
He can never contradict Himself his words are yea and amen
Psalms 12:6 The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.
The above scripture talks about the authenticity of the word of God they are like pure silver refined as many times as possible, that's to say the word as been tried on many occasions and found to be true throughout all generations.
As it is a commandment we are expected to obey it to letters so as to receive the blessings attached to payment and giving of tithes and offerings.
I pray the Almighty God enlighten our understanding in Jesus name Amen
The key blessing of a believer is to pay his or her tithe.
Thank you
