We should let our daughter marry if they insisted. Deuteronomy 30:19 If we are grown up to a stage, we can choose whatever we want. We can decide for ourselves when we are grown up. The will of God for us is to choose life but God is not forcing us. 1 Corinthians 7:38 Parents also have a part to play in marriage because they can examine the man to see if the man is a good person. Luke 14:30 Roman 7:2 Marrying is a lifetime, we can not just destroy it. God hates separation, so we should be committed to it. We have the basis of allow her to marry and we also have the basis for not allowing her. Ephesians 5:20 The man is applying for the position of president when he is asking the parent for a hand for marriage.

The man will have a lot of responsibilities to take care of, so they should have a source of income. Genesis 29:17 Husbands should how to care for their wives. The parents have an obligation and should know how to handle their responsibility. The parents have a part in the marriage whether or not they are male or female. Even if we think the child is not mature mentally but a child wants to marry if we allow her to marry, we doing good, and if we do not allow her, we are doing better.

Everything is to help us in our daily life and not control. For the man to be allowed, the parent should know the man so that the parents will get t know the man before marriage and to be able to bless the marriage. Parent should advise their children to guide the child to make the right decision with married. Romans 12:1-2 Our service to God should be according to his will. We should give our parents the respect that is due to them. We should not disregard the parents because they are the ones who gave birth to the child and raise the child. Just like the word of God said God is the reward of those who diligently seek him. God is also the rewarded of those follow the ways of the Lord and one of the ways is to honor our so that our days will be long. If we choose not to honor them we will be the one losing because the Almighty God has already promised us that He will reward us with longer life and the is the only commandment with promise. We should always listen to our parent because they always want the best for us.
